A. Appointments and Consultations:
- Online Appointments/Consultations: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with a healthcare professional up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time without penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of 100 rs.
- In-Person Appointments: In-person appointments at our clinic may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. If you cancel or reschedule within this window, you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100 rs.
B. Product Orders:
- Order Cancellations: You may cancel an order for products (such as wellness items or medications) within 1-2 hours after placing the order, provided the order has not been processed or shipped. After this period, cancellations are not possible.
- Shipping Delays or Issues: If your order is delayed or you encounter a shipping issue, please contact us at support@vaaniclinic.com, and we will work to resolve the matter promptly.
2. Refund Policy
A. Services (Consultations and Medical Services):
- Refunds for Services: We generally do not offer refunds for medical consultations or healthcare services rendered. - Unattended Appointments: If you do not attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice or cancellation, no refund will be issued.
